What is Included in Managed Services?

Each service provider includes very similar services as well as additional technology services. So what is included in the Managed Services Packages offered by Ironclad Tech Services?

Ironclad Tech – Managed Service Packages

Ironclad Tech Services has a couple of different packages available to our business clients depending on their needs. Services include (depending on which package selected):

• Remote Support and Help Desk Services
• Remote Monitoring and Patch Management- updating technology systems remotely
• Monthly Maintenance – remotely checking the maintenance level of a system on a monthly basis. This is in addition to the ongoing patch management and other remote services.
• Remote Network Monitoring – remote network monitoring of wired and wireless networks.
• Mobile Device Management – remote management of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
• Remotely Monitored and Managed Endpoint Security (Anti-Virus)
• File and Folder Cloud Backup – Unlimited space
• Password Manager- No more sticky notes or notebooks with passwords written down
• Office 365 with Office 365 Backup and Disaster Recovery Solution. Be aware Office 365 and G Suite do not guarantee the recovery of your data. Just because you use these cloud services does not mean there is a backup of this data.
• Documentation Service – central location to create and save your business documentation – such as important Business Information, Standard Operating Procedures, Checklists, Processes, Knowledge Base Articles and any other documentation that is important to your business.
• On-Line Training Portal – with over 100 different business related courses.
• Business Technology Reviews – we help you determine future business technology needs.
• Managed Website Services – we can design, host and manage WordPress websites for your business.
• Remote Management and Monitoring of Physical Security Systems – such as Alarm systems and Security Camera systems.

Ironclad Tech – Stand-Alone Services

Ironclad Tech Services also has available some of the above noted services as Stand-Alone Services. This was done since not all businesses need or want Managed Services.

Items available individually include:

• File and Folder Cloud Backup- Unlimited space so no more lost documents or pictures when your computer stops working.
• Password Manager – create more secure passwords or retain existing passwords without the fear of forgetting them because you did not write them down. No more sticky notes, paper or notebooks needed to save passwords.
• Documentation Service – central location to create and save your business documentation
• Endpoint Security- Remotely monitored Anti-virus solution
• Remote Support On-demand – Remote support provided as needed on a per-incident basis with no on-going monthly cost. Currently this is only available for Windows based computers.

As you can see we have added valuable services not only to those that see value in Managed Services but also for those that wish to start with just one or two of the above noted services.
